Who we are
Arcturus Pro ("we", "us") provides a cloud-based project and portfolio management platform for regulated manufacturing and med-tech companies. We are based in Ireland. For any privacy query, contact us at john@arcturuspro.com.
What personal data we collect
- Contact and assessment forms: name, email address, company name, role, industry and (optionally) phone number, when you submit a form on this site.
- Discovery call bookings: details you provide when booking through Calendly (name, email, meeting preferences). Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics: usage data via Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver assessment reports you request (performance of steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send occasional product updates where you have agreed to receive them (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (consent for analytics cookies, Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business: Netlify (website hosting), Google Analytics (analytics, consent-based), and Calendly (call scheduling). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and assessment data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email john@arcturuspro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
