John O'Mahony
Founder & CEO
Professional Background
John brings eight years of hands-on experience in project and programme management within the medical device manufacturing sector. His comprehensive background spans new product introduction (NPI), process engineering, and material & supply chain management, giving him a unique 360-degree perspective on the challenges facing high-value manufacturing organisations.
A certified project management professional, John achieved his IPMA Level D certification in 2020 and recently advanced to IPMA Level C certification in 2025, having successfully completed the Strategic Project & Programme Management Diploma. This advanced qualification demonstrates his deep expertise in strategic project leadership, portfolio management, and organisational project governance.
