What Arcturus Pro is — and is not

Arcturus Pro is a project and portfolio management (PPM) platform. It is not a quality management system (QMS) and does not replace your QMS, your document control system, or your regulatory submissions process. It manages the delivery side of your projects: charters, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stage gate governance.

Standards alignment

The platform's workflows are aligned with ISO 21502:2020, PMBOK® and PRINCE2. ISO 21502 is a guidance standard rather than a certification standard — alignment means the platform's governance structures (phase gates, charter approval, risk registers, decision records) map to the practices the standard describes.

Supporting regulated project environments

Phase gate approvals with named approvers and recorded decisions, giving you a governance trail you can show an auditor or customer.
Charter approval and change history, so project authorisation is documented from day one.
